Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 June 2026. These terms apply when a customer, salon owner, or staff member uses NearGlow for accounts, bookings, alerts, chat, or queue management.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must provide accurate profile details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Bookings and Queue Access
NearGlow helps users discover salons, request bookings, and track queue progress. Booking timing shown in the app is an estimate and may change based on service duration, staff availability, or live shop conditions.
4. Cancellations and No-Show
Users may cancel bookings before service starts. Repeated no-shows, abusive use, or misuse of booking flow may lead to restrictions or account suspension.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If any paid plan, membership, or subscription is enabled for users or owners, charges, renewal rules, and access limits will follow the plan shown inside the app at that time.
6. Shop Owner Responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for accurate business details, staff setup, service pricing, operating hours, and fair handling of bookings and customer communications.
7. Chat, Notifications, and Content
Messages, booking notes, and alerts must not be abusive, unlawful, misleading, or spammy. We may limit or remove access for misuse affecting customers, staff, or shop owners.
8. Service Availability
We try to keep the app, alerts, and booking systems available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, paused, or changed when needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
NearGlow is a facilitation platform. Final salon experience, waiting time, service quality, and offline disputes remain the responsibility of the customer and service provider involved.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or remove access for fraud, abuse, policy violations, harmful activity, fake accounts, or attempts to interfere with app operations.
11. Updates to These Terms
These terms may change over time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised version.
